Refund Policy for Edunyx

At Edunyx, we are committed to delivering top-quality soft skills training through our self-paced Learning Management System. We understand that plans can change, and you may need to request a refund for your subscription. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made to Eon Logics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for access to the Edunyx platform (the “Service”).
By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy, which works in tandem with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. General Refund Policy
2.1 No Refunds for Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees paid for the Service are non-refundable unless explicitly outlined in this policy or mandated by applicable law.
- This applies to all users—individual learners and corporate clients—regardless of the subscription type (e.g., monthly or annual) or payment method used.
2.2 Exceptions for Refunds
We may issue refunds in the following specific cases:
- Duplicate Payments: If a technical error results in you being charged multiple times for the same subscription period.

- After cancellation, you’ll retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

- If we offer a free trial, you may cancel during the trial period without incurring charges. If you fail to cancel before the trial ends, you’ll be enrolled in the selected subscription plan, and our standard no-refund policy will apply.
4. Refund Eligibility for Corporate Clients
4.1 Corporate Subscription Cancellations
- Corporate clients may terminate their subscription at any time by contacting their account manager or emailing refunds@edunyx.com. However, no refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
- Following cancellation, employee access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4.2 Employee Access Adjustments
- Corporate clients can add or remove employee accounts during the subscription term. However, these changes do not trigger refunds for prior payments. Adjustments will be reflected in future billing cycles only.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 Refund Request Process

- Change of Mind: If you no longer wish to use the Service after subscribing.
- Partial Use: If you’ve accessed or completed any portion of the courses during your subscription.
- User-Side Technical Issues: If problems arise from your device, internet connection, or software, which are beyond our control.
- Account Termination: If your account is terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
- If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and restrict future access to the Service.
- We urge you to reach out to us directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback.
