At Eon Logics LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with Edunyx, our flagship Learning Management System (LMS) platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to online payments, including credit card transactions, bank transfers, recurring payments for LMS platform fees, and self-paced course subscriptions. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Guidelines

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@edunyx.com (mailto:support@edunyx.com) within the eligible refund period specified below.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7-14 business days of approval, subject to payment processor timelines.
  • Non-refunded fees, such as transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers, may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Eon Logics LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

2. LMS Platform Fee Refunds

  • One-Time Setup Fees: Non-refundable, as these cover initial account configuration and onboarding services.
  • Recurring Platform Fees (Monthly/Annual):
    • A refund may be requested within 7 days from the initial payment or renewal date for the current billing cycle.
    • Refunds for recurring fees will be prorated based on the unused portion of the billing cycle, minus any applicable transaction fees.
    • No refunds will be issued for partial use of the platform or after the 7-day refund window has passed.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring platform subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be applied, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle unless within the 7-day refund window.

3. Self-Paced Course Subscription Refunds

  • Subscription-Based Courses:
    • A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase, provided less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
    • No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period or if more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, as determined by the LMS tracking system.
  • Recurring Course Subscriptions:
    • Refunds for recurring payments follow the same 14-day, 10% content access rule for the current billing cycle.
    • You may cancel your course subscription at any time through your account settings, and no further charges will apply. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle unless within the 14-day refund window.
  • Course Completion: No refunds will be issued for courses marked as completed or for downloadable course materials accessed by the user.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., credit card or bank transfer fees).
  • One-time setup fees for the LMS platform.
  • Any services or content accessed beyond the refund eligibility thresholds outlined above.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

5. Exceptions

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the LMS platform or self-paced courses, please contact support@edunyx.com (mailto:support@edunyx.com) within 7 days of the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, Eon Logics LLC may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund.
  • Special Circumstances: Refunds outside the standard policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges or billing errors). Please provide detailed documentation with your request.
